FAQ

Q: What is a homeowner's association?
A: Homeowners associations (HOAs) are organizations which deal with the upkeep of a neighborhood's common areas and establish standards of acceptable behavior for a community.
Our HOA is ran by a board of volunteers elected by their fellow owners. The board consists of a secretary, treasurer, president and vice president. We also have several “at Large” board members, as well as several committees ran by non board members. Please, feel free to volunteer as a board member or a committee member to help out your community.
HOA board meetings typically follow formal rules and set agendas. Meetings are posted on the Appfolio calendar, Face book notifications, and signage. ALL Members are invited to attend meetings.
